    Agency Power Exhaust Review/Install

So I'm making this thread for all who are considering this exhaust. I went with their stainless catless exhaust. Let me know what you guys want. Example, sound clips (before/after), install questions, etc...

Should have it here in a week.

**EDIT** Side sill removal added (10/25/2015)

    Bolts/Screw removal

7 screws under the side sills

2 screws under side sill at rear tire

4 screws top of sill under hood

4 screws in door well top of side sill

3 screws in front wheel well

1 screw under rear wheel well plastic

5 screws in rear wheel well and two nuts on the inside (will need to pull back on plastic wheel well liner to get to these)

I recommend having someone assist you in removing the side sill, just to insure you do not scratch anything when removing it. You will want to pull out with even force. The sill will slide right off.

Their titanium version runs almost $1,000 more than the stainless. From what I was told, I am the first person to order the stainless and it will have to be built. They have sold numerous titaniums. There is a exhaust note difference between the two. The titanium has thinner walls and is much lighter. There are a couple video on YouTube of the titanium.

Just wanted no cats and a header-back system that used the stock headers. I'll do a tune and that will be all she wrote until its time to TT.

If you are doing the install yourself.. can you document step by step install instructions? Pics would be awesome.

Ideally what I want to do is an exhaust install and heat wrap the shyt out of it to avoid the rockers from getting heat damaged.

Yes it was! If you remove that one screw at the corner underside of the wheel well it makes it much easier to get to those screws.

Pulling back the liner is just the hard part to get to it. If there is a trick, I haven't figured it out.

I like to remove most of the rear wheel well screws and peel the well liner back and sort of hook it out on the wheel well. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND LONG SLEEVES... The retaining clips are sharp and will slice your forearm up. I also like to use a ratcheting wrench to get the two nuts off. Makes life easier

No trick, you are not alone, it is a pain, I used a plastic pry tool and just worked it out of the well.

Pulling the liner was painful I must admit. I was worried I'd damage it. Come on Dodge!

Nice pics..thanks for posting them. Have you taken the exhaust out and replaced it?

Seems like there are some pain points. But isn't that the truth with any DIY.

Well, damn. Seems that there are a few added steps compared to the Gen 3/4 side sill removal.

Haven't pulled the exhaust off yet but its easy and can be done with hand tools. I will do step by step on it once the new exhaust arrives.

Ok it's here. I've been modifying cars since the 90s. I've even built some of my own exhausts. This is hands down the nicest system I have ever seen. The welds are a work of art.
