You still need to purchase 19" wheels, or 18" wheels if you do Forgeline or Finspeed.

The emergency brake caliper will bolt up so you won't have to purchase anything additional. All other parts are reused. This isn't a cheap alternative but I expect pricing to come down even further in the future. The biggest expense still is the rear knuckles. These shouldn't be this expensive but I am sure they are priced just to keep people from doing what I did.

So recap, list is $23,325 plus shipping and tax if applicable. Web price that I simply googled is $16,173.

I hope that answers some of the more specific details.
    Tim,
Did you have any issue with the ABS/ESC/TC? Did you replace the brake lines?

I did same exact conversion on my 2013, no issues whatsoever except my car became 60 lbs lighter all unsprung weight

No, and as Arizona said, no issues with ABS or SC, nothing. The stock lines work perfectly

An excellent optional upgrade for G3/4/5 TA and G6 with iron option - Better performer and last a lot longer than G6 CCB.

    Think of interchangeability & flexibility?

Rotors are fully interchangeable with this popular 380/355 RB iron rotor kits

Or if you have purchased RB rear balance kit you can just swap the rotors (from iron to CCB), even the brake pad on RB calipers are the same as OE.

Another brake project proudly present to Viper community by us just like our track duty brake kits (both iron and CCB) for Mustang GT350, Camaro, and Hellcat.
I recently acquired a 2016 1of1 ACR that was opted out of the ACR factory brakes and came with the TA 2 piece stop techs. I am looking to upgrade to the ACR CCBs. I would like to retain my E brake caliper as well. Do you have a kit for this conversion? And replacing calipers I would want the rears to match the front so I would need a complete kit as my current calibers are black with orange writing.

If you are getting RB's rotors designed for the ACR-E, you will need the ACRE rear knuckles to be able to mount everything. The rear knuckles are almost 2k a piece, obviously you'll need 2.

    Maybe I misread RB's post?

This is what I was quoted from my dealer. There would be an additional 25% discount on top of this so roughly $16,700 with tax based off of the list and part #s provided in this thread.

2016 Viper ACR show different part numbers for the rear knuckle. The #5290124AH & #5290125AH appear to be for the non-ACR(part numbers match my 2014 T/A) leaving 68253068AA(68253068AC) & 68253069AA(68253069AC).
    5290124AH Right Rear
    5290125AH Left Rear

Okay so I should be using these part #s for the knuckles instead 5290124AH Right Rear
    5290125AH Left Rear ?

I was just going off of the provided info in the thread.

It depends on which knuckle your ACR has, if your car was shipped with 5290124AH/5290124AH, you want #68253068AC/68253069AC. I'm not certain which part was shipped for ACR w/o CCB package and was merely pointing out the knuckle was not in your parts list.

This is the list I sent to the parts manager. According to your post I may have requested the wrong knuckles..

You should be fine given 68253068AA/68253069AA was replaced by 68253068AC/68253069AC. My ACR-E w/ CCB has 68253068AC/68253069AC knuckle.

While you're doing all this, you should replace the caliper bolts with studs to avoid stripping the knuckle. Check with Doug Shelby (http://www.dougshelbyengineering.com/viper.html) on availability.

I will certainly do that! Yes I plan to put them on myself and I live just down the road from the scale too.
