What else would I need to make this work in my 97?

    Fluid/clips/bearings/plugs/bolts?

You would need a rebuild kit w/bolts, bearings, seals, RTV and fluids.

I should have these in stock if needed.

    How much for those items?

Also, what speed converter box do I need? Currently running factory 17's, but may change to the Gen 5 19's with 345's

    Thx

About $350 for EVERYTHING, though 99% of cars can get away with the 250 ballpark range as they don't need some of the components. Some, even less. If you have a good condition, very low-mile diff, you can sometimes get away with the bare minimum and be perfectly fine, as they have no wear on anything to start with. The bare minimum would be the Pinion Rear Bearing, Crush Sleeve, Pinion Nut, Ring Gear Bolts, and fluids. This would be in the 100-200 range depending on how much was required.

The new Cal Boxes are programmable, and can handle all ratios.
