    Thank You Steve

A big thank you to Steve (Indy).

Starting a relationship with a Dodge dealer and a capable/willing Viper Tech. When bleeding the clutch, the Tech wasn't finding the bleeder valve. Lets face it, not many know the ins and outs of a 21 year old Viper, but Steve quickly, accurately described where to go and within minutes we were in business.

It's wonderful being part of a club with helpful members. Steve was willing to answer the phone and spend his time helping - Thank you STEVE!

As our cars age, we all need to rely on each other - pass along the knowledge - pay it forward & backward.

If you haven't joined the club as a paying member, then consider it. There will be a day when it saves you $1,000's of dollars and more in headaches!

    Thank you my friend!

Absolutely Brian! Steve is a fantastic person. He helped out our club a few years back while we were on a road trip and had a water pump "problem". He went the extra mile to get us out of a pinch.

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words. I would add that we ALL stick together for the common cause...supporting our fantastic Vipers. I have never met a group that is so open and helpful. When a Viper is down, many, many folks pitch in and offer assistance...be it knowledge, parts, or whatever is needed. Fortunately, there are some strong Regions of owners, great techs, helpful vendors, Viper-friendly dealers...all of whom are passionate about our chosen vehicle. I feel so very fortunate to know such a unique group !!

As you guys already know, "it takes a village..."

I'll never forget when, shortly after purchasing my Viper, I pulled into the garage, killed the ignition and was immediately locked inside the car with the aftermarket alarm hooting, whirring and blaring like mad. I used the emergency latch to get out and called Steve. It was 8 or 9 at night, and I thought he might not pick up. He did and he helped me figure things out. He's a great guy. Thanks Steve.

Kudos Steve , and you are right as parts become obsolete from the manufacturer it will take a community collective effort to enjoy our rides .

The interesting part that some may not realize is that is one of our members who has been around for decades doing exactly what he is doing now --- helping fellow Viper owners!!! It is individuals like Steve that make this Club so valuable and I encourage fellow owners ( like Viperenvy eloquently suggested ) who are just Enthusiasts at present to join, as having the Club and it's members as a resource is likely the single most valuable item the Club will be able to provide in years to come. The friendships you will definitely acquire is the other bonus that frankly is immeasurable.

The list of beneficial things Steve has done for the Club and members is so long and detailed that I could be still writing a couple of hours from now, but since I have occasionally been known to ramble, I will just echo what every one else has said, "Steve is a great guy and I am even prouder to call him a great friend!"

STEVE helped me too...............by introducing me to his WIFE! Talk about needing a Village??

Steve's wife Elaine is a Specialist. None better in the field of hand /wrist reconstruction and therapy. And I needed both. Old timers will remember the saga....Steve and Elaine read about my accident and got involved. I have her advice and directions to thank for being able to TYPE this post instead of speech-to-text..... [ Respecting my elders, Steve is OK, too.....]

I just waive at him through the window of Starbucks as I'm hitting the drive-thru before work and he's happily sipping his coffee inside educating his crew on the benefits of Viperhood over whatever it is that they drive.
