What is your opinion on pricing of these 2 cars

Feel free to send me a PM.

I know VE pricing looks to be on the high side, but they do come up with some unusual and low mileage cars.

So you experienced people, what would you consider fair, or market values of these 2 cars?

Wow, that carbon car is nuts and should have no problem pulling top dollar. $169k is not ridiculous.

The white car is nicely optioned, still wrapper new, fair color combo. That said, it should still be worth its $149k sticker.

Anyone notice on grey Viper passenger side the side sill/hood gap is bigger on one side than the other?
    Is that fixable?

Do want! They also have #50 of the anodized carbon cars. I wish I would have kept mine.

You can get that same white car from a dealer in Arizona for $130,000. I think 5,000 miles.

Just got done shopping for an ACR. If you are a smart consumer never pay VE prices..... if you have FU money and dont care....have at it.

I have several leads on great ACRs 20 to 30k cheaper than the white car.

These two cars are listed as ACR Extreme, but the VIN shows both as 2016 Dodge Viper 2dr Cpe GTC.

    ACR Interior Package $6,000
    ACR Console
    ACR Door Trim Panel
    ACR Floor Mats
    ACR Instrument Panel
    ACR Package $19,000
    Extreme Aero Package $6,900
Harman Kardon 18-Speaker High Performance Audio

    ACR Package $19,000
    GTS Interior Package $8,500
    GTS Laguna Interior Package $2,500
    Extreme Aero Package $6,900
Harman Kardon 18-Speaker High Performance Audio

So what I’m looking for is something like a GTC with an ACR package, so I’ll have all the comforts especially a great stereo, 12 or 15 speakers, and the look of the ACR, with the wing.
I’m not tracking it, just driving it around.
My first Viper was purchased out of state, from a Dodge dealer, and it was the owner’s car. So shipping, and money transfer was not a problem.
VE is close to me, so they are convenient, just a little pricey.
I have my car serviced at VE, they have a great Viper Tech.
The cars I have found are mostly out of state, so I’m also looking at the additional cost of traveling to look at the car, transportation, and money transfer.
Thanks for the opinions and guidance.

Some car owners in my local exotic club started a company called "R8ter" its a network of knowledgeable car guys that will go and inspect cars prepurchase for you for a fee.

1 way shipping enclosed trailer is around $1000.

    Just some options for you.

I'm 99% sure that car was a Bondurant car. It was for sale at ViperPalmer and they bought and sold a ton of the Bondo cars. Beware

I think both are priced very well. That carbon car is BADASS and I've been eyeballing it myself. And how many 50 mile ACR's are left? 10? 15? 5?

Wow that carbon car.... If I had the extra funds would be adding that one now.
    TT everything

When I bought mine from VE, I found them to be more reasonable on pricing the longer they had the car. Originally listed at $130K, I picked it up for $101K. Patience will win the day if you don't "have to have it now". I vote for the Carbon.

Some of what I read up on the Bondurant cars had painted wings, this one still shows the carbon. Not sure how else to identify them?

Not to mention they are always negotiable on price. Why do people assume they price they list is the selling price? They are always listed high on the website of course so they have room to move....same as ANYONE of us would. Also lot of people are clueless what a "reasonable" offer is. They want max on their old beat up trade-in but lowest end on their purchase. Not to mention Bernie is not a hand holder. If you need a cup of coffee and a blankey you're at the wrong place.

No...the Bondurant car is at Chicago Motors. This one has had 3 previous owners. Clean title.

Paying that price for 50 mile ACR only makes sense if your goin to park it. The extreme depreciation for your first 500 plus miles would be a mind boggling waste.

Ha! That is very true. Bernie is face value. What you see is what you get. Nothing held back. Probably one of the only purchases of a car I made sight unseen and felt good about it after several conversations. He set my expectations well and also curbed some of my expectations. I received no cup of coffee or a blankey, but got an amazing Viper 9.0 that is seriously fun to drive. No complaints.

Nice rides ... Carbon is pretty sick! At the risk of making this a Bernie / VE thread, I'll add my experience as I bought my 2006 coupe there in April 2017 >

Bernie was cool in my book. No nonsense, no drama. I had a dealer license in a previous life, quickly learned to separate buyers from tire kickers / lookers.

I've been to VE a few times, pretty sure I had a coffee - But maybe I carried it in. But it is correct that I didn't see any blankets or participate in any hugs ;-)

Y'all enjoy those Vipers. Cheers, Mike M

This car I was there two weeks ago and saw this car. I wasn't sure if it was a Bondurant car but I can go look further for anyone. Good dealership though, carafe we would be able to tell if it was a Bondurant car.

Car has been around, both in owners (4) and states (3). Doesn't look like a Bondurant car though.

    Two different cars.
    Two different VIN's.
The car at VE has 50 total miles on it.

The one at Luxury is a ACR per the VIN, the one at VE is a GTC (per VIN) with ACR package.
The one at Luxury looks to have a painted rear wing, I have seen in other forums this would suggest a Bondurant car.

Thanks for the input, still looking.

The luxury cars tri color ACR what's interesting is all of the close up photos not one pic is close up of the front bumper that would show the wear and tear.

Agreed now looking at the Carfax for the Luxury one it definitely was a Bondurant car. Titled in Michigan and serviced in Tempe Arizona. Then sold twice at an auction.

I see the same discoloration. I think that these types of finishes are very hard to keep looking fresh and over time they will definitely show more wear than std gloss finishes. I have used some of these paint jobs in my work and I always caution the owners on how they need to be careful rubbing out bug splatter and dirt spots. You can bring regular paint back to life pretty easily. These flat/satin finishes.....you need to repaint to get them looking new again.

I do like how they look when fresh but don’t believe this is a finish that will stand the test of time.
