Thanks. It’s no Viper but hopefully fun. As you can see, Kerbeck has a big inventory .

It's a design home run IMO. Good luck with it.

They will stop building all cars. What you got is all you'll get until the end of times. Get out a drive it like there is no tomorrow............................. because there may not be.

Congratulations. Looks great. Mine is going through the Assembly process today. I hope it gets finished before the end of today's second shift. The Plant will close after today until March 30th at the earliest.

My buddy just got his. He brought it right to my house from the dealership. We took it for a drive the day before yesterday. It's quick, handles great and looks great. Very refined build. The exhaust barks pretty good in track mode. Enjoy your new Vette. Hope to have mine soon.

Not wanting to take away from the C8 and what I think is a really great car but I have a feeling that the image you see at the dealer lot is how it will look in a year from now. Dozens of these cars available and with some incentives so they can move them.

No, that's Bill from Hanson. Skip's car is not scheduled to be built until the week of April 23. That seems unlikely now, with the plant closed indefinitely.

Absolutely not true. All the 2020's are spoken for. It's wildly popular and it's unlikely even the 2021's will be discounted. It's alot of bang for the buck.

Let us know how much a "drivers" car it is...or is not. Compare to driver feedback to your Pista and NGT. Congrats. Looks great.

Glad you got yours. Looks great. My car was 100 serial numbers from being finished when the Plant closed Friday. Who knows when it will re-open. Oh well. Bigger problems going on in the world than a new Vette. Enjoy yours.

GSpeed (Cresson, TX) got theirs and has taken it apart to weigh components. They have Finspeed working on a set of wheels to use a 315/345 combo. They found a lot of heavy stuff (things like 9 lb electric parking brakes!), and they think they can take a lot of weight out. Shows promise.

The new Vettes are very cool and it is nice to see them as its a seemingly on the surface, progressive, yet reworked flavor of the day design as how many mid engined styles can they come up with? Great specs for a relatively low powered car. Very efficient power but with any car in the first of production the first year bugs will be guaranteed to follow and with any Corvette, if GM can make 50,000 cars and sell them they will. Good on them.
Once the initial hype is over and things settle down then the cranked up over supply will start hitting the resale markets with people taking huge depreciation hits which are typical of most corvettes. Again, we will see them on every street corner and soon become desensitized. Its still going to be a head turner for the first few months then back to typical ho hum status. Enjoy the fanfare as its a very ballsy thing GM did with the first mid-engined car that Zora wanted many years ago. They just make too many of them.

Beautiful car OP. Looking forward to the updates. Actually interested in seeing if the Z06 will be twin turbo from the factory...if so, I am in.

They replaced the exhaust with straight pipes and it took off over 100 lbs!
