All wrapped up and ready for the track (after a slight alignment adjustment this week).

Looks awesome dude! Are you running those slicks in TT1? Even with a stock motor seems like you wouldn't make TT1 big slicks penalty.

With me in it, 12 gallons of fuel (minimum), lead ballast, the sequential, AND allowing 5% variance on dyno...I squeak by haha

EDIT: I come in at a 6.60 weight/power, and have -.60 mod factor.

Oh, the intimidation factor alone should scare those Vettes ----- especially since one driver went over to the Darkside after owning three Vipers. Nick you need to beat him right away as that will teach that traitorous convert, ha, ha!!

Nice, I squeak by in the stock ACR on slicks as well. You taking the -0.2 hit for the sequential is more than worth it!

Dan has been calling me a cheater for weeks haha

I'm just hoping the driver [me] shows up ready to go!

I sure hope so. I've never driven a sequential on track before, so that first time going from second to third will be odd, but I've been practicing the motion on my simulator a lot, so fingers crossed.

I was hoping to get down to 1:45 with the Boss S, since I have a new MCS suspension, so we may both be adjusting to big changes and just trying to get our cars dialed in. Not sure how quick Topeka will be as we are going to spend plenty of time in the 90s!!

You are jumping into a new car and I am getting into one with 4 working killer shocks instead of 3 old timers and one bone dry one, ha.

Hey Nick, it takes a little time to get used to shifting. Be firm with the shifter

Hard part is a 3 gear downshift and knowing what gear you are in without looking at the Motec!!

Tricks that will save you time and alot money

Use the clutch to shift until your on track up to speed racing, saves on trans dog rings. Shift with authority when your racing this also saves on dog rings and lowers the shock load to main shaft and cluster ( heel toe or electronic rev match). Run trans pump on cool down lap or all the time this helps keep oil wedge.

Is there an electronic rev match available for this?! It's cable driven throttle bodies...

Yes rev match available for mechanical throttle cable or linkage, you can add paddle shift also if you like. After you get car sorted email me Martin@tkomotorsports.com
