Exclamation Tail of the Dragon 2021 Early Notice

For those that can't wait for the full list of 2021 events in the Carolinas (just too excited!), we are planning the weekend after Memorial Day (June 3-6) the Tail of the Dragon. Still working on details but if you want to make reservations at the Greystone Lodge just mention the Viper Club and you get the special rate.

Currently face masks are required for all indoor venues and will most likely be the case in June too. Not sure if there will be any large group events but there are plenty of places to eat and of course the parking lot gatherings!

Looking forward to 2021, schedule coming soon!

Sounds like fun. Don't know if I'll be able to pull it off with NVE and Amelia Island 2 weeks ahead of each. We shall see....

    Hi,
I'm planing to arrive a couple days early for the event. Can you tell me the area where we will be parking our rigs? I plan on driving around as well, but don't want to duplicate roads if possible. Do you have our routes planned, and can you share them wwith me?
    Thank you,
    Russell Babb

Russell, parking will be in the lot next to the Alamo Restaurant in Gatlinburg. (705 East Pkwy) We will be sending and posting the drives and agenda later this week. Looks like a great turnout.

    See ya in Gatlinburg!

I swear, I'm going to have to make an event in Asheville just so I can come to an owner's event! HAHA My schedule seems to almost always get screwed up when these Tail of the Dragon events happen. HAHA.

Thanks Larry. Quite a group. Did the Viper rendevous last year. Got the update on the Tail. Says to contact Tim Morrison when getting into town. I pulled up a map around the Alamo restaurant. Didn't see much parking around without interfering with the business. Is parking in the First Baptist Church lot?
We're in Tuesday to stretch out the fun!

Hey Russell, the lot is accessed from the street in front of the church. Its just a gravel lot with some paving but it works good. We will be in town Tuesday as well. Maybe we can connect for dinner.

Sounds good. Suggestions for dinner...I assume you've been in the area before. You up for a drive as well. Coming with another Viper friend!

Ooops...Wife reminded me we get in Tuesday...may be a bit late, but open all day Wednesday!
With an unknown ETA, you could give us a time and place, and we'll try to make it.
