That ride is solid! The essence of pearlescents. That thing should bring all the smoke and then some.

A term made up by a dealer that wanted to cash in on the last year Vipers. Means absolutely nothing, to the detriment of those that happen to own one thinking they have something ‘special’

I think the one of one paint option Dodge offered was a great idea...for the most part. This one would only look good next to Liberace’s piano

The last solid addition (red #003) with just under 900 miles sold for $220K last month on BaT.

I’m glad I learned about this spec. My “solid edition” TA just went up another 10k

That car would look AWESOME with some Xpel Stealth Matte PPF! The car definitely needs to be PPF coated whomever buys it.

That's what Catwood had done to his white ACR

This car must look incredible in the sun. And again, I have to hand it to the GW team for coming up with so many great combinations, most of them unique 1-of-1's. They definitely saw the value in the custom paint option and must have had a blast spec'ing all of those orders.

The cool part is that all of us benefit because the chances of running into another Viper while you were out was always very low, but the chance of seeing another one your color is almost impossible.

My guess on pricing is $235k. Given the year, the color and low miles, and of course being an ACR-E, I think it does better than the recent red "solid" edition that went for $220k. I think the balloon white is a bit more appealing to a wider audience, and more unusual and unique for something coming from an OEM. But it is still not (to me) the jaw dropping color of say Stryker purple, and I think it needs stripes to break up that sea of white (at least a driver's stripe).

GTC ACR’s typically bring the most money.

Roughly 4hrs left and it's sitting at $250k. Maybe it will stay there but at this point I don't see it breaking $300k. I'd love to be wrong.

Looks like escalating prices with time (inflation) and the "ACR package", GTC or not, are the biggest factors. I still don't think I have seen a higher price than the 2016 non-GTC ACR for $269.5 (plus fees). Even the 10,000 mile ex-Bondurant ACR sold for $185, while a couple of low mileage non-ACR GTCs sold for $106.5 and $156 (2017 model) a month or so ago. Prices will probably continue to inflate for a while, and I expect any ACR models to do well.

Looks like it bid to $250K. They haven't announced whether it sold or whether it failed to meet reserve, if it had one.

Edit: Jumped to $265K a few minutes after bidding showed closed - sold. Pretty impressive.

Its over 1/4 million dollar car just like policy limits said it would be. It will be 1/2 mill in the future.

It is outstanding to see the prices go up on these cars and bring the other GEN's right along with them. I fear that the curve is going too fast and at some point will drop off the edge. Please be wrong though

Last year of the ACR-E, last year Diablo 6.0, the last year Countach, the heritage edition last year Ford GT all have something in common. And it's not the floor mats......ha ha ha ha.

What you think of the manual c7 ZR1s?

btw, I thought this would break $300k.

That won't ever really appreciate like a Viper because you can get about a million other c7's that are "close enough." No one is going to pay $200k for a ZR1 when a Z06 is $65k.

ZR1's look far more aggressive than a ZO6 but I get your point. They are the last of the front engine Corvettes so I think they will do well.

To put Vipers in perspective, I think they made as many C6 ZO6's as they did all Vipers - 1992 through 2017. (+27,000 C6 ZO6's and 31,000 Vipers)

Agree that the ZR1 is not in the same category. But I still want one, with a stick, in orange....

Orange with a manual, to me, is the perfect ZR1.

Oh I love the zr1. But not more than a lot of cars it competes with like vipers and a few other cars at $150-160k. Also the splitter looks stupid on it.

It’s not even anything special. Just do an pully, LG cooling kit and add a wing to a z06 and you’re pretty darn close. I get it’s still not a zr1 for collector item purposes, but a zr1 isn’t a collector item IMO. When the widebody c8 variants come out, it will come down to earth.

This is coming from someone who loves c7s and owned two of them and tracked them. If I could afford it, I’d have one as my track car, but the consumables are insane.
