    Electrified Viper

During the unveiling of the Dodge EV muscle car sneak today they played a video showing some of the most historical Dodge cars parked on one side of the driveway and then the current cars parked on the other. I found it interesting that they had a Gen V ACR sitting on the side of the driveway with the current cars. I wonder if this points in anyway to a future for the nameplate with electrification? Probably just reading too much into it but thought it to be interesting. IMG_5643 (002).jpg

    Electric Dodge Charger

I'm guessing its an electric Dodge Charger. The side silhouette appeared to be of a 4 door sedan and the quick front end shot looked close to the classic squared charger front end. Also, if you notice in the video he stops in front of the B Body charger to admire it. Again reading into a short video but my money is an electric sedan that is the redesigned Dodge Charger or named something completely different. Wish he would have pulled the cover off the car though

Oh absolutely its a more muscle type car under the cover. A couple of articles online noted the logo in the grill looked like something on a Polara. I was more wondering if including the Viper inline with the "current" cars could possibly be a nod that the Viper name plate could also be addressed. It's also a somewhat slow day and being the eternal optimist led me to believe there's a new snake in the works. haha

I cannot imagine an electric appliance could ever be badged as a VIPER.

3 years from now? What a waste of time when car companies announce things like this.

EV performance is exciting but the Teslas styling is not.Looks like a good opportunity to evolve and suppliment the Dodge line with a new model. My money is on Dodge Coronet E/V name plate. With '22s out.. its about 24months away or so. Might keep my powder dry until then..
