Global Time Attack Buttonwillow Finals Nov 13 14

Headed to Buttonwillow later this week for https://globaltimeattack.com/
I can't beat the triple digit horsepower cars, but always manage to get on the podium.

My goal is to beat the fastest naturally aspirated non-prototype time ever at Buttonwillow CW13 which is currently 1.41.925, here is the lap- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8nplfOqOjM

That car is nearly 400 lbs lighter than mine, but I should have 100hp more or so, so we'll see... 1.41 is absolutely insane.

It will be streamed live here- https://globaltimeattack.com/live/

Cable, good luck, that's a killer time that he did on the video. Not sure his HP numbers but your paddles will be a little quicker than his manual sequential.

I'm amazed at his speeds in the long sweeper, probably 15 mph faster than I'm running. Weather look's great, 47 degrees at dawn, high only gets to 73

    Best wishes and be safe!!!!!

Yeah to go sub .45, minimum 115 carousel speed. Looking at my video last year I was only 108. I was running medium compound tires, gonna try soft this time around.

Yeah, he's quick and lite. Probably has me by 10 at the end of the front straight, I'm running around 100 in the sweeper (that's not his hp as much as his/your grip/balls).

Here what the Micheline guide says for air temps between soft and medium. Soft compound will definitely work at those forecasted temps!!

Michelin Soft radial slick utilized for dry surfaces in an ambient air temperatures of 32-60 degrees F.

Michelin Soft-Intermediate (Medium) radial slick utilized for dry surfaces in an ambient air temperatures of 50-85 degrees F
