Does anyone remember a Michigan based Stars Stripes Statue Libery paint job

Does anyone remember a Michigan based Stars/Stripes/Statue Liberty paint job on a Gen I Viper ? Primary color of hood was GTS Blue with a large Statue of Liberty on the hood. The rear half had red and white curving ("flowing") stripes as on our flag. Large white stars were scattered on sides of hood.

A friend is interested in locating this Viper.

If you do recall seeing such a Viper, please consider giving me a call at 317 402 9013.

    Thanks in advance !!

Did the car ever make it out of MI to your knowledge?

Unknown, Dave. It has been described as originally red and received a "custom paint job". I wonder if it was painted or wrapped. I would not be surprised if the decor was added in the post-911 era. Two previous owners are deceased.

UPDATE: I forgot to mention the chromed 3 spoke wheels. Also, paint job was done in the 90's...and it was paint, not a wrap.

The only thing I can think of that would come close to what your describing is the old Plainfield Police GTS. Maybe anyone in the MCVO has seen it. Sam might know.

No, Dave I don't. I do have an old vanity plate for another car of interest, but as one might expect, it seems that the CARFAX plate database only has current registrations.

The custom painting is a bit old school now but I totally respect the Military Tribute, Awesome. My Son also serves in the Royal Navy

You can buy my Gen ll and put your own Statue of Liberty on the hood! It is originally from Michigan too.

I remember well the Hillsdale LM replica. Can't recall exact time/ place that I saw it. VOI.5? Or, maybe one of the Viper-Ferrari Wars at GingerMan. It is a real looker !!

You aren't by chance thinking of the Misjak's SVSi Viper with the flag paint job are you? I don't recall it having Lady Liberty on it, but they may have added it after 9-11.

Thanks, Dean...but, that is not the one.

The SVS car was a rather spectacular paint scheme in my opinion.
