Just had my V1 upgraded by valentine, it now negates the false alarms from GM cars and there side detection radar. The V1 and the waze app together really covers your butt.

Escort Max 360 with directional arrows > archaic V1 > Waze which only works on popular roads where a cop WAS earlier
You guys who are relying on Waze are gonna have a bad time...
Trained cop detecting eyes plus Max 360 plus Waze is king![]()

Have a Passport 9500IX. Good detection and very low false alarms.
Front license plates:
Perhaps this is the Alberta Advantage I've been hearing about: no need for a front plate on vehicles. Nah forget that; any aesthetic benefit we have is heavily measured against the most stringent photo radar, speed trap enforcement in N. America. This province has become a bit of a vehicle police state in last 5 yrs.
I know this thread started in 2014; but I'll add to what I've said previously about Valentine One's:
I have run Valentine One's for several years. I've only received one speeding ticket in all those years when running a V1 and that was in my wife's BMW. The V1 alerted but the trooper was running instant on so it was too late for me to react. I got a ticket for running 80 in a 65. I was really running 90mph; but the Oklahoma state trooper knocked off 10mph without me opening my mouth.
