18th Annual Tail of the Dragon Viper event
June 1-4, 2023
Hooray, it’s finally time to register for T.O.D. We are excited to see everyone this year and hopefully see some new faces as well. We will be staying at the same hotel, Greystone Lodge. The room rate will be $136+tax for Thursday and $158+tax per night for Friday and Saturday. Just let them know you are with the Viper Club. Trailer Parking is available at 309 Reagan Drive Gatlinburg, TN next to Gatlinburg Fire Dept. Contact Kim Weakley for assistance 540.273.1032c. Your registration will cover Friday’s formal dinner, giveaways and event shirt. Registration will be $125 for Viper Owners Association members (all regions) and Carolinas Viper Club members. $145 for non-club affiliate attendees. 11:00 – 11:30am – Depart for Cherohala Skyway, Tail of the Dragon, Foothills Pkwy
4:30pm – Return to Greystone Lodge/Gatlinburg area
5:00pm – Board Trolley’s for Park Vista Hotel -Trolleys are across Greystone Lodge’s parking lot at the Ripley’s Aquarium
5:30pm – Reception with Welcome and Introductions
6:00pm – Dinner/Raffle Fun
7:30pm – First Shuttle departs for Greystone Lodge

8:00am – 3:00pm – Police Escort – Guided Fun Run to Fontana Dam, NC via Dragon
11:00am – 12:30pm – Lunch at Tapoco Lodge (not included in event registration )
4:30 pm – Depart for Parade staging area – Herbert Holt Park N Park Ln Gatlinburg
5:00pm – Police Escort – Parade Downtown Gatlinburg – Parking available in the lot in back of Calhoun’s/Smokey Mnt Brewery for Dinner on your own downtown (not included in registration fee.
