All the regional presidents collectively form the national board of directors. I do not know who is included in what type of votes, I know not every decision is run/voted by BOD.

You are on the Board as a regional president, and should be voting in all Board votes. I hope you’ll be attending the meeting this Sunday at 8 pm for the audit report, and next Sunday’s as well for voting. The ByLaws are posted on the web site under The Club .

This details the roles/responsibilities of club leadership. If you look under Regions you’ll see who the individuals are filling the various roles.
