basically a private way to send a quick note. If you look under your location, there is a small STAR, click on it and a box opens to put that quick note. you can add reputation points or subtract them if you didnt like the post the person made

“reputation comment” keeps showing up under the Notifications. When I click on it, it simply goes to my messages.

Can anyone explain what this is? Google isnt helping me
