The emails are the same. So much for that theory. Try again. The enthusiast title has appeared for the first time in 2 plus years in just the last week.

This is the cause most of the time (almost always). We’re looking into yours. We’ll get it fixed.

I’m having the same problem with the way my title is showing up and my email is the same for both things.

We’ll add you to the list of those we’re looking into. This could be something different. The most common issue we have is different emails, but these could be part of something else (and there’s several things that could cause that).

Anyone else have issues, please let us know. We’re also looking into whether there’s a way I can run a report to find out where there are instances of emails being the same but the label still being wrong.

      Thanks

It’s a common issue, but there are many members who show as “Enthusiasts” on the website, when they are indeed paid members. This is because the forums are a seperate system than the club portal and the two systems use your email address to match you up and apply your title. So if you’re a member, but see “enthusiast” under your name in the forums, it’s simply because your email address is different on the two systems. Simply check your forum account and your membership account and make them the same email address. That’ll fix it automatially for you once the systems sync each evening and you’ll show as a member.

Hope this helps some of you!
