  It seems weird to me that the same people who made this commercial – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzI8ES9ALwQ Are the also ordering Vipers to be crushed.

  VIN 4 also has a soul.
  
  I don’t think anyone at SRT wants VIN 4 to be crushed — this is how corporations typically work. We shouldn’t expect SRT to bug Fiat about this. Eventually, Fiat will end up saying ‘surrender VIN 4 to us, and we’ll have a bunch of meetings’ — then VIN 4 will go to a museum and we’ll get our picture taken next to it. Saving VIN 4 is not SRT’s job but the VOA, fellow motorheads’ and the public’s job.
