My 2008 had it and my 09 has it. 08 has 2200 miles on it, 09 500 when I bought it. I asked about it while back on VCA and was told it’s “normal” most likely solved by firmer engine & trans mounts.

Check the halfshafts and CV joints for play while you’re in there.

You are welcome. If you send me your email I will send you an Excel file with all the specs. This was given to me by another member a while back.

I have a knock that sounds like it’s coming from the back left wheel and has been getting worse. It doesn’t always happen but when it does it’s when I pull away from a dead stop, maybe more so when going uphill. It’s not drivetrain play (rear diff) I don’t think because it’s a different sound than when I play with the gas pedal (switch from accelerating to coasting).

A friend mentioned that he had a similar issue in his Gen 3 and it was the nut on the end of the hub that has the cotter pin through it. He just tightened it and the sound went away.

Assuming that’s what I need to do, what’s the torque spec on that?
