Mine had a leak on the left side outside the engine/drivetrain. Turned out to be a leak from the left front shock. It would leave a dime size drop of straw colored fluid.

OEM oil cooler line connectors commonly weep/leak/drip on Gen III & IV Vipers.

Dollars to donuts it is the oil cooler lines. They can leak at either end…mine leaked at the block connection. There’s a thread around here (started by me, I think) that discusses the issue and replacement options.

I’ll try and get under it in a few weeks. And taste the fluid. Thanks to all I planned on doing those common lines but didn’t see a need until a problem presented itself. My gut told me it was those but I’ve never looked at them or poked around

Hi all.
Still learning about this car. Don’t recall having a leak in the beginning of purchase, but I noticed a few weeks ago when the car was out of the garage, I had a small quarter or half dollar sized leak spot on the ground. Havent tasted it yet to see what fluid, but figured I would start here for a little questioning before getting dirty.
2008 coupe, 22k miles, had all fluids changed and flushed at the dealer at 21k miles
Edit: it’s showing up after every drive. Do I need to look at the common lines that people upgrade? Is that the typical leak spot? I can’t remember if those are oil or trans or coolant
