Add on wiring in a Viper is the road to hell in my opinion…more or less…especially when done by low end audio and alarm “shops”. 🙂

I really do not know the answer to your question…but, I will ask if you have tried to cycle your key in the alarm keyhole?

      Hopefully, smarter folks will assist.

      Hello all,

I noticed after driving later in the evening that my security light seems to be stuck on whenever the vehicle is on. I had no time to really troubleshoot as I had to travel for work, I will be back in a few days to investigate. The car starts and runs just fine. Any ideas what this might be? The car looks to have an AUX/Ipod adapter installed so I hope nothing got crossed in the wiring for that. On my list when I get back is a battery disconnect and a fuse inspection.
