There was a previous thread that dealt with a failure of battery terminal connections. I measure the peak cranking amps during the start cycle. The peak amps was 488. The current then dropped to 18 amps as the car idled. I had my logging meter on loan and was not able to log/trend the entire start cycle. I will have the logging meter back in two weeks and will add the current (amps) trend to this post.
