      GM Synchromesh, Castrol Syntorque and the stuff from the dealership are all the same. The GM stuff is almost half the price.

      Ok guys , what do you run and what is your story on “improvement” over stock fluid , if any.

      Its time to change fluid in my 06′ and am looking for recommendations .
