My ’96 RT was missing the strap in the trunk used for holding the top, windows, etc…as well as to hold the trunk lid down if you have a flat and need to put one of the regular wheels in the trunk.

My friend at the parts counter got me the strap, but I have no idea how it is supposed to be used. I see that it has two hooks, a buckle and a length of strap with a loop on the end.

The owner’s manual gives no info…does anyone know how these are to be used? Thanks!
