      I just purchased my first Viper GTS 1998 from Texas. Should arrive in CA next week. The previous owner has made modification that has passed TX Smog with no issues, but I have no idea if it will pass in CA. Is there a Smog Testing location in So Cal that anyone would suggest I visit for the Smog and Visual? If I don’t pass, any suggestions on what I should do next?
