      That is a very informative article. I somewhat remember those cars but it is nice to see a nice detailed article about production cars with turbos.

      Thanks that was good read. I had one of those Flash Red Dodge Daytona Turbo Z with manual transmission, T-Tops, ground effects package when I was in my late teens. It was fun to drive, i had a device in it to let the boost get higher before the waste gate would open. It had very low drag coeeficient for the time. People awlays wanted to race me. Got pulled over for racing on Christmas day. It had 150,000 on it and still had the original turbo and nothing was ever done to the engine, when I sold it many years later because the body was rotting out and the engine was going to need a valve job. The kid i sold it to, sold it to another kid who blew the turbo and then totalled the car. The dodge stealths came out after that, but it was really a Mitsubishi product. Once the Viper came out, that became my dream car.
