Please use my email listed above to contact me and not a PM here , as I do not always have access to the Forum. Best way to get information for the event is to call my cell .If you text my cell, please leave your name so I am aware of whom to return a call to?

Apologize for not answering a couple of your calls that I received last night ( I will contact you today), but I was at a memorial for a friend who passed away and had my phone off. Forgot to turn it back on , so please call again if I don’t get in touch with you soon enough. As noted this is an opportunity to run the same track as the Viper Rendezvous , so you can get some seat time prior to the event , or for those that could not make it , you have an opportunity to run and be ready to sign up for the Rendezvous next year. Key is if you are not a NASA member ( you must be to sign up) make sure you call me especially if you have already done all the registration. Again go to nasaproracing.com , plug in Central Region and then hit register for the April 13-14 event.
Cell — 402-677-5864
There are usually 2-3 Vipers at the Central Region NASA events, so you would not be the lone Snake like at many events!!

drivenasacentral.com , then hit Event Sign Up ——-that is a lot easier and for those of you that called ,sorry I didn’t list this in an easier manner!

Raceway Park of the Midlands , near Omaha , is a track many Viper owners have run on over the years, but it is under 10 ft of water from the severe flooding of the Platte and Missouri rivers. It may not have any track events for 2019 , and that affects both NASA and SCCA racing , Time Trials and HPDEs!! With some kind negotiation, George Anderson , Mgr., at Motorsports Park Hastings, has rearranged the schedule and the Central Region of NASA will now have it’s April 13-14 Event in Hastings , Nebraska. For those of you who want a little bit of seat time prior to the Viper Rendezvous in June, this is a blessing in disguise! For others , who could not get into the Viper Rendezvous , this may be a welcome way to run the track and get some seat time prior to running the track in 2020? NASA Central is a great group of laid back racers, and each event has a HPDE ( high performance driving event ) component to it , along with Time Trials and full blown racing. The HPDE program is the envy of the Industry , with Instructors in your car and 4 levels to climb to achieve the desired comfort zone you wish to compete in. With instruction at the event , the price is super reasonable , especially compared to Racing Schools, and though maybe not quite up to the level of the better Professional Schools , you are not thrown in with just anyone — all Instructors must pass strict guidelines and be licensed.
There is a little something I can assist with if you are not a NASA member ( required) , so make absolutely sure you contact me at billpemberton@woodhouse.com or even better on my cell phone —402-677-5864.
There are ideas and proposals in the works for some proceeds to help benefit the Flood Victims of Nebraska and Iowa, and fortunately Interstate 80 was not affected , so easy drive for most all the way to Hastings!
Check out nasaproracing.com to sign up — Central Region Events ( it is in the process of being changed over from RPM to MPH)
Get on the track with others , in a safe atmosphere , and get the most valuable item for improving your speed — track time!!
