I have a 2006 viper coupe that I bought a few months ago. Everything has been amazing with this car, but I have a strange gremlin in the oil temp gauge, in that as soon as the door is opened, the gauge needle jumps to the midway point and just freezes. The gauge is not active while the car is on, and falls back to 0 after sever minutes of the car being off. During no time while the car is running does the gauge ever change. All other gauges working as expected. Do I just need to replace my gauge cluster? Anybody else had this experience?
