      Thanks for posting, Scott. I believe that we have resolved your situation.

      This is a good time to suggest that if a Mamba Member does not receive the expected Viper Quarterly in a “timely fashion”, please contact ME directly so that I can check for any internal problems such as incomplete or changed addresses as well as late signups. The same applies to VQ magazines with damage incurred in the delivery process.

      Admittedly, the U.S. Postal Service is out of our control…as is the actual time between mailing the magazines and their arrival at your mailbox. It is not unusual for this process to take 3-4 weeks for unknown reasons.
