Will an agenda be given in advance to the regional presidents? I ask because if only the presidents are on the phone and don’t know the exact talking points in advance then we are not really getting the pulse of the whole club. Presidents should be provided the voting topics at least a week in advance so that they may take that info at least back to their other regional board members and discuss which way they would like to vote. If it is something even broader Presidents may consider sending an email to club members to truly get the feel for what the members want, not just what the Presidents think the members may want. Those things do take some time, but truly necessary, if we are representing our members to our fullest capacity.

There will be an agenda circulated shortly but the topics to discuss are surrounding the club’s financial position and proposed changes to streamline operations going forward.
