Bruce, did you get the answer to your question from the thread related to changing your user name and avatar? If not, you need to click on the word “Portal” above, (within the red VOA banner at the top of the page) which should bring up your profile. There, you can review your information. In the upper right corner of your profile display, there should be a light blue word “edit”. Click that, then you can put in the new information. Scroll down to the bottom of your profile and you can upload a picture for your avatar. Final step would be to save your changes (button at the very bottom of your profile info display).
