I have a 06 Ram SRT-10 with about 90k miles. I have gotten check engine light with “multiple cylinder misfires”. I currently have the intake manifold removed doing AB wires, Demon coils and Champion plugs.

Would it be a good idea to replace the knock sensors while I have it apart with this many miles or are they pretty much tough as nails and last a very long time?

I also noticed the bolt that holds both knock sensors is very rusty. I know this is a little bit of a dumb question but would it have any effect on the knock sensor if I switched to stainless steel bolt? Pretty much got all stainless steel hardware going back in everywhere. Got tired of rusted, seized, corroded, broken and striped bolts a long time ago. I replace everything with stainless steel when I do a car project. 10 times easier to work on the next time.

Thanks for your guys knowledge and help on this.
