The ebrake has been relocated on the G5, it clears. You need spacers to clear the calipers.

I am running a set of 18″ wheels on my car for the dragstrip. Hoosier has a 26″ tire, it helps with the 1st gear from hell.

Hey Guys, I know that the Gen V has a revised rear toe link and that the ebrake cables are in a new location. Has anyone put a set of 18's on a Gen V yet? I want to pick up a set for drag/roll racing. I have the Gen IV ebrake relocation blocks from RSI but I don't think they will work on a Gen V.

      Any help would be apreciated.

Good to know Jack! I would think that if a set fit a gen IV that it would fit the same on a gen V. The rear offsets are the same, only the fronts are different.

      Thanks for you help.

I tried putting on my 18″ Forgelines for my Gen 4 onto the Gen 5 TA and the e-brake line rubs against the wheel, the caliper cleared though.

So the 18’s fit Jacks car but not yours? Interesting. Well I bought a set based on Jacks info so I hope mine fit. I’ll try and bolt them up this weekend and see.

Difference in spoke design curvature and/or offset?

That’s what I am thinking some 3 pieces designs have a step on the inside of the barrell as well. I have a set of CCW 18’s and they are completely flat on the inside. I’ll bolt them up and see later.
