Granted, I live in Arizona where it is dry out but I have a policy for all cars, not just the Viper, that tires are done at 4 years. Maybe 5 in a pinch but that is it. Regardless of miles. I wouldn’t push Viper tires past 4 years. In storage away from UV light in the UK where it is more humid, maybe you can get longer. Ask an expert out there. But as a rule I would consider 4 years to be about replacing time, not purchasing time.
I don’t know if the Pirelli deal is available in the UK or not. But I have been very happy with my Michelin PSS. Some others in the club here have also been happy with the PSS as well. I recommend them. Haven’t run pirellis yet but will probably try them soon.
