We’re exactly 1 week away! I’m sending one final notice so everyone had the schedule as well as a few FYI’s so that you plan well. I’m excited to have you all (and such a large group – nearly exactly a full bus load of 55 people!). Work hard/play hard – so we’ll be getting a lot done and we’re going to have some REAL fun! It’s all been well organized – you don’t need to lift a finger. Just read the below and be ready!

Please Remember/Things to Know:

• We’re staying at the Delano, while it’s on the Mandalay Bay property, it’s a different lobby. Be sure you go to the right place.
• Dress code for meetings and tours is very casual. You’re in the desert, in a fun place, in the mid 80’s. Wear whatever you’d like (and comfy shoes).
• Shoes for Friday: You MUST wear closed toed shoes all day on Friday because of certain rules on some tours. So, no slippers and open shoes on this day.
• Our VOA Store will be there with some limited merchandise for those who want to sample some of the new and existing inventory we have.
• Some things below are for officers only, while others are for both officers and guests. Please note the schedule below so your guests know when to join us.
• Please be sure you attend ALL of the activities (below) that we’ve planned. It’s hard to manage the changes people make to suit themselves (ie, skipping a tour, skipping lunch/dinner, or disappearing for an hour). The club also has paid in advance, so if you miss something, money is wasted – let’s be good stewards of the clubs resources.
• Meetings are generally only for regional/national officers of the club, however, if you have a spouse/guest who truly wants to join the meetings with you, we can probably make some space. VOA meetings aren’t confidential, so we’re happy that they witness the work we (and you) do.
• For those who brought guests, PLEASE be sure they are aware of the schedule and rejoin us at the appropriate times and locations below.
• The MOST important thing to remember: BE ON TIME AND HELP MAKE THIS EASY TO MANAGE. We have a tight schedule (as you can tell, the schedule is down to the minute). One person can hold up a bus… Please move quickly, be on time, and listen for guidance. That’s the best help you can be to support all the great things we’ll be doing.

Friday
• 8:00am-10:45am – Board Meeting – Reef A&B Meeting Rooms (All presidents/regional officers)
• (Guests rejoin us for all of the below – Meet in Reef A&B)
• 10:45am-11:30am – Lunch (Please have your guests promptly join us for lunch at 10:45am)
• 11:30am – Board buses for various stops/meals/tours
• 12:00pm – Tour of “Tanked” TV show/factory (TV show featuring the famous custom aquarium builder – see A&E’s Tanked)
• 1:30pm – Tour of Shelby America
• 3:30pm – Tour Las Vegas motor Speedway (NVE3 plans)
• 5:30pm – Dinner at Buca Di Beppo (Italian)
• 7:30pm – Buses will drop you in the middle of the strip or back at the hotel
• 8:00pm – Return to Hotel (done for the day)

Saturday
• 8:00am-8:45am – VOA University Part 1 – Reef A&B Meeting Rooms (All presidents/regional officers)
• 8:45am-10:00am – Tour Delano/Mandalay Bay NVE3 Plans
• (Guests rejoin us below at the Shark Reef)
• 10:00am-10:45am – Shark Reef Tour @ Mandalay Bay
• (Guests depart)
• 10:45am-12:30pm – VOA University Part 2 (All presidents/regional officers)
• 12:30pm – Adjourn/Free time! (lots of good places for you eat nearby)

Sunday
