So far so good. To me, it looks there is a little retro in it. I see C3 in several places. I kinda like it and I kinda don’t. Doesn’t quite look like a Vette, but, yet is does.
Looks like Chevy is really stepping up the game. This a 2019? Is it mid-engine? A lot of talk about mid-engine “ ‘ Vette”

Looks like it is ready to race, to me. I bet it will be A LOT of fun.

      Cool! Thx for posting

Just personal taste, but I thought the C6 Z06 was a great looking car , and the new ZR1 just reminds me of a wedge of cheese with a wing stuck on it!

C6 widebody cars are good looking, 100% agreement, the C6GS is my favourite iteration, widebody with a dry sump engine and a targa top.

C7 just doesn’t do it for me, not from any angle, not in any trim. But to each their own!

Interesting that the Vette’s are finally adopting some of the aero features that Vipers have had for years! The wheels are also not bad IMO. The rear view of the car is not bad but the rest of the design elements of the car are not much to my taste. Props to the 755HP and 715ftp of torque – will be interesting to hear how much the weight increases due to the design changes…

I think it’s pretty bad ass. It’s no ACR, but it’s probably the next best thing in terms of best value in areas of performance, price point, exclusivity. Remote possibility of becoming collectible if production remains limited and if it’s a one year run and if the last front engine corvette made. I got my hands on an order guide. I only saw like 4 color choices. Hopefully more are added as the colors were limited and not so great.

Got a chance to see the ZR1 in person in both spec trims. The CF on the charcoal looks funny and makes the CF look faded.

Let me know what you guys think!
