Hello Viper Owners,

I am working hard to set up committees and get volunteers to better improve the club. I now have Bruce Hadfield and Bob Bierman as my communication team. These guys will be answering questions on the forum to help update members and enthusiasts about the workings of the club. These two regional presidents are on the board meetings and involved with the changes taking place.

The Finance Team, which is lead by Wes Frasard (VOA VP) is leading the financials of the club. He is supported by Joe Boscia (Treasurer) and Matt Altomare (New Deputy Treasurer).
The financials that are represented in the board slide presentation that Bruce released today was put together by the finance team. These guys are working crazy hours to balance the 2022 membership year as a first priority.

We have 30, 90, 180 day goals that are being worked on everyday. The BOD presentation outlines these things that the communication team released.

We are doing weekly meetings. So I am preparing slides for the next 12 weeks on direction and goals. You will get weekly updates on these meetings and start to see more Presidents volunteering to help with the committees.

I am working on improving all functions of the organization which is time consuming.

So I will be posting updates as I have time. But will rely on Bruce & Bob to communicate with Viper Owners on the forum.
