o 3- 5pm ToD check in is in the Board room upstairs next to the pool. Continues after dinner
o 5pm- Depart for Crystelle Creek Restaurant – 1654 East Pkwy Gatlinburg, TN 37738
o Welcome, Introductions, Agenda, Route overview, Questions and Answers
o Dinner (Not included in event registration fee)
o Reminder – Have a Full Tank of gas for morning departures!!!
FRIDAY 03 June
• Greystone Lodge
o 8am – Depart for Tellico Plains Police Escort – Reminder – No lunch stops scheduled,
but you can grab a bite at the Tellico Plains Exxon
o 11 – 1130am -Depart for Cherohala Skyway
o 4pm – Return to Greystone Lodge/Gatlinburg area
o 5pm – Board Trolly’s for Park Vista Hotel ~ Across Greystone’s parking lot, next to Ripley’s Aquarium … NO TOKENS NEEDED ANY LONGER ~ FREE ~
• Park Vista Hotel Restaurant:
o 530 – 6pm Cash Bar Reception – Welcome and Introductions
o Dinner/Raffel Fun with Steve and Vanna
o 730pm – First shuttle departs back to Greystone Lodge
SATURDAY 04 June
o Greystone Lodge
o 8am –Depart for Fun Run to Historic Tapoco Lodge for Lunch – via Dragon
o 11ish am – 1230ish Lunch at Tapoco Tavern (Not included in event registration fee)
o 430pm – Depart for Parade Staging Area – Parade Lineup https://goo.gl/maps/PMBUrKbbxpC2
o 5pm – Parade Thru Downtown Gatlinburg – Police Escorted
o 545pm ish – Dinner – ON YOUR OWN ~ There are 3 restaurants in the Calhoun’s Village
o Calhoun’s, Smokey Mountain Brewery, Cherokee Grill, and the Park Grill. It is next door to left of The Village.
