Hopefully he contacted Dodge and is paying them to use these copyrighted figures as companies in the past has done so with out licensing and FCA has gone after them. No offense, but just like any company symbol, most are copyrighted and cannot just be done. I would suggest he contact VOA and they may be able to be done as a Club or Regional Club money making or charitable project if possible.
