Hear, Hear! Long live the VOA!
-
Thanks to all you guys and gals for keeping everyone calm on the forums while we tried to keep things going on the call center side, and Alex and Don on the backside with the computer issues.
Alex has been working through a punch list that everyone compiled today. Everyone that called in got taken care of quickly. Even when the phones were busy and people left messages, we got back to them within about 10 minutes. They were shocked that we got back to them so fast.
I had my iPhone set to “ding” every time a person registered. It kept everyone laughing hearing the “dings” all day long at Wilson Printing. LOL Still dinging tonight!
Great job everyone!

Just a little note from some threads
I signed up a little after 9 this morning and got #121. I am very impressed with the VOA website and so far I haven’t had any problems. I think there is a lot of talent in this new organization and hopefully it will again be all about the Vipers and the fun we have with them.

#123 Very easy. Well nice day in Pa. Think I will go for a spin before it sleeps for the winter.

Exciting day!

Kevan from OhioMore to come but I think you can say it was a great start to this day, Everyone deserves an adult beverage for the hard work done. It shows that VOA has returned to the roots of the club should have always been. You all are the reason this has happened.
I’d like to say thanks to WD, Randall and the others in the call center, those who helping keep the threads clear, and members who helped each other out to get this day started right. I would also add the BOD and regional clubs who worked as a team. This day will always be a birthday of sort. But I would look at it as the day a Phoenix reborn.
