      MUNICIPALITIES have laws that could bite you if you are being obnoxious.

      The FEDS and STATES have laws if you are catless.

      If the cop is having a bad day at home, and / or is jealous, anyone can get a ticket on any given day.

      And sad to say that the color of your skin seems that it could matter in some places…….. [Nice Avatar!]

      I know that California has some exhaust laws about noise. does the noise limit pertain to out-of-state cars? Let’s say a Viper with a race exhaust up the cost of California. Can I get a $1000 fine for a loud exhaust if I am from a different state like Indiana or Texas?
