Good to hear you got everything worked out man. And “hasn’t been done yet”? Come one tell us more. Also it is good to hear there are still reputable shops out there. But then again i haven’t heard ANYthing bad about ACPerformance.

Depending on Anthony..well….knowing Anthony is more like it!!! He is going to let me build him a motor that I would build for myself as if it were my own motor…no shsortcuts…So knowing all the do’s and dont’s from 100s of combinations, I will be building him some big cubic inches plus one wicked combination of parts…….Well just leave it there for now….:)…

Ok seriously, I shouldn’t be surprised at these guys and their level of customer service but here I am again, singing their praises! So for all of you who aren’t aware, long story short: a “tuner” in WA screwed up a header install *just didn’t put bolts in collector, ending up in a warped mating surface*. I had to travel to AZ to visit family and take care of some pre-move stuff so I just took the Viper instead of flying, so I could have Todd take a look. This was all last minute as the Dealership couldn’t fix the problem, so the day before I headed down, I texted Todd. He not only was fine with such short notice, but he came in on his day off to personally meet me and go over the car, even noticing even more stuff that I had missed that the “tuner” in WA had messed up.

He had the car all fixed and back on the road for me 3 days later, but then on the ride home I noticed some snapping which turned out to be detonation *thanks forum!* Sadly Todd was out of town so I didn’t bother him and waited until Monday to call Erick. Later monday night Todd texted me with some troubleshooting tips and we narrowed it down to a cylinder running lean. Today, Todd spent all morning helping me install the software I needed to talk to the tuner, and refining the tune. He did all this while also fielding calls at work, sometimes on the phone with a customer and texting me while I was out “testing” the tune.

I just want to say that I have never EVER experienced customer support from any business like this before. Todd’s commitment to the customer long after dollar signs are involved is just amazing. Lets just say it was worth the 1200 mile trip just to have the peace of mind of knowing Todd had looked and fixed the car.

Also keep an eye out in the future, we’re working on something that as far as either of us knows, has yet to be done with a Viper… How’s that for a cliffhanger?!
