Stephen,
Welcome and congrats!! Beautiful Viper. The SoCal club is pretty active although Covid really had a bad impact on local events. Our current President Angel is very active, although frustrated this year!! Keep an eye on the SoCal site for events. https://socalviper.com/forum/
Best wishes and hope to meet up sometime soon! Mike

You bet, Mike. I enjoy the Dana Point area so meeting you and perhaps a few others in your neck of the woods would be a nice drive here from Long Beach.

Hello fellow Viper owners,
When I was deciding which club to join it was an easy choice once I did a brief search on Viper clubs in the Southern California area. Then, I saw the cool and interesting pin map that shows the location of Viper members. Nice! I did notice the one Viper owner in Signal Hill, where I live. Now there are two. So who’s the other member??? :t89186:
I’m going to keep this intro short. I’m a car guy (no surprise there) and love classic cars– performance cars, too. I took possession of my pristine 2001 GTS in Racing Yellow Saturday, Dec. 5, from an absolutely great guy who resides in Sacramento. It’s a long and interesting story on how I found the car. Everything went like clockwork from booking my flight, the two Uber rides, and meeting Greg and my new car. My 425 mile ride home and first time in a Viper also went like clockwork. The only regret was the 30 miles of roadwork on the 5 freeway and miles of gravel trucks in the number 2 lane over that 30 miles from Sacramento. Ugh! A couple of small chip marks was the result. Shame. The paint was near perfect on this 9200 mile car.
Speaking of which, she is totally stock save for some dashboard switch upgrades to aluminum switches. BTW, her name is Sophia. Her full name is Sophia Viper. We now share the same initials. I decided on this name in honor of that timeless beauty with such memorable curves. Our Vipers share this characteristic, yes? :t1509:
Looking forward to some meetups, road trips, and the like. Hopefully, the Covid-19 situation will subside soon. Keep it under 120!
Stephen
