Might depend on the year of your car. Racepak has that capability, but it works with 2008 and newer models only.

Vipers after 2008 will work with the OBD2 – CAN bus protocol. You will get 9 channels.

      RPM
      Speed
      Coolant temp
      Throttle position
      Intake temp
      MAF
      MAP
      Fuel level
      Gas pedal position

Thanks guys, got a response from Peter Krause and yes if the Viper is an 08 or newer the OBD2 – CAN bus will work. Wish we had the brake pedal position but other than that all is good.

Looking for a good video/data logger combination thats easy to use and have come accross the AIM Solo DL and the Smartycam HD GP combo that looks like a winner. Just wanted to ask the group if anyone knows if by using the OBD2 port we can get our RPM, throttle position, brake position etc? Our ECU in not one that is listed as supported but thought the data in the OBD2 port was standarized? Thanks!
