Thanks Bill. My wife and I try to catch each show. Sadly, it just won’t be the same with Alex gone.

I watched a tribute show on Alex Trebeck and learned that he was really involved right up to the end. I will watch these last few shows in awe of his courage and determination of a life WELL Lived.

Alex was a “Car Guy” and actually drove in a celeb race in Long Beach.
As noted earlier, Alex sat in my G1 drivers seat for a chat at 1996 Indy 500.
Gentleman Car Guy. R.I.P.

Appreciate that post Jon, thanks for reminding us of that story!

Just an all round great human.
We should all aspire to be more like Alex.

Just a brief public announcement for all the folks who enjoyed Jeopardy ( it is my favorite game show ), because I know I am not alone in appreciating Alex Trebek’s long tenure as Host , or his heroic struggle with Pancreatic Cancer. Last night was the first night of his final week of tapings and just wanted to toss out the info for those who may not have been aware they held these shows to pay tribute to his last days with the show. Great guy, kind and thoughtful and a real inspiration for those of us who have had or are currently battling Cancer. For those of you who only watch occasionally, but enjoyed the show, this would be a good week to tape the final 4. Ken Jennings ( the Jeopardy G.O.A.T. ) will be the first new host for awhile , though they say there may be a group of hosts for the foreseeable future. Hope this is beneficial to his many fans and just wanted to place the info here for those not aware of the show’s final tribute.
