      Agreed. To my knowledge there are none on the east coast. I’m talking about a dealer with a knowledgeable Viper tech or service department that can be trusted to do warranty work (or any work) and take care of your car like it was their own. Not a single one.

      Maybe this will help another NJ guy. There is a tech, George, that I haven’t personally used, but others have that was at The Jeep Store in Ocean Township. I called them recently to book an appointment and found he’s leaving that dealership and is going to another CDJR dealership in Freehold.

      I got their info from you via PM. Messaged both of them on Facebook but never got a response…
      Granted, I didn’t call their business so fault is on me for that. I’ll try reaching out again. His Facebook shows Reedman Toll Auto as his employer (John Kerwin) which is in PA, but not too far from me.
