      I do apologize for the continued emails. My Outlook froze up and kept sending it over and over and over. It also crashed repeatedly so I couldn’t delete the item in the outbox until I disconnected from my network. I talked with Alex and he said he’d never seen this happen so I guess I started the year off on the wrong foot. Should be stopped now.
