Anyone ever order from buybrakes.com? I ordered a set of pads for the viper last week which was charged Tuesday (6/16). I call friday asking if they have shipped and was told they have it and will ship Monday. I called yesterday, Wednesday, and was told they were verifying it was for the right vehicle and confirmed with me if car had carbon brakes (I put 2015 base model).
Am I being I’m patient or is this ridiculous? I’ve had to call twice now and was not contacted or emailed about these questions for extra caution on their end. How long should I wait for a set of pads? I know with covid there might be a delay, I got my rotors from JonB shipped to my door in two days (two boxes weighing almost 40lbs each).
How long should I wait for pads to arrive? They apparently have them in stock, does anyone know where I can order pads that have a fast turn around? Right now JonB doesnt have the pads im looking for in stock.
Edit: just called, my 3rd call now. They said its been shipped and ill have a shipping number, we’ll see…
