      Viper turns heads as much as any Ferrari IMO.

      Absolutely no comparison to a Corvette/Camaro. With the Exception of a Corvette/Camaro that was produced earlier than 1970. Those still turn heads 🙂

      Not to mention that the 355 is one of the worst Ferraris to own in terms of reliability and performance.

      Oh yeah he told me to be careful because vipers “break loose” easy………but I agree with just being nice and grinning.

      My Camaro turns more heads than both of my Vipers do. But then again, it is worth more than both of those combined.

      I dunno. This will be my first Viper (come on April!)…I’m just coming out of a Ferrari (360 Modena manual) and I have to admit the attention is a bit much. Great car to drive…really lives up to the hype IMO but man it’s a magnet. Was red though…

      F355 LOL. If he said a new 488 I’d maybe believe that…but c’mon…355 is a heap from an aesthetic and performance standpoint.

      Hmm, I had an ’13 adrenalin red viper and now a gunmetal grey. The ’13 model got lots more attention. So, i think the color has a lot to do with it being a magnet.
      Most non car people dont even know the make of the car.

      If I had a nickel for everyone who had a friend with “better car than the viper” I’d have a fleet of ACRs. I never seem to meet these “friends” oddly enough.

      I started a thread some time ago called “what have you been told about your viper?” Some good stories in there. I’ve been educated about the V-12 option several times at gas stations, etc.
