Can someone tell me the basic differences from a Comp Coupe vs and ACR X

I was looking at a comp coupe but couldn’t close the deal unfortunately. Got real close but fell apart at the end.

However, I’ve seen a couple of ACR-X’s and to be honest, I never kept up with them. I think they are street converted Gen 4 cars built by the factory.

But could someone give me the basic pro’s and con’s to each?
